You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account. You agree not to share, resell, or transfer your subscription access to third parties. Violation may result in termination without refund.
Subscription fees are billed via Tripay and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Renewal reminders are sent at 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry.
Coaching programs (Group and Private Mentoring) are educational only. They do not guarantee trading profits. Session recordings and materials may not be shared or redistributed.
Referral rewards are paid at 5% of qualifying purchases. Rewards are tracked in your profile dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is $1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
All content, including but not limited to signals, analysis, AI models, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Golden Fairy. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Golden Fairy, its operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of this Platform.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via Telegram. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
